Steve Monterroso — Chief Executive Officer

Steven Monterroso, Chief Revenue Officer

Steven Monterroso, Chief Executive Officer of ShareVault, is committed to advancing the company's leadership in secure document sharing and collaboration. With a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, he is expanding ShareVault's capabilities to meet the highest security and compliance standards across finance services, legal, and life sciences industries. Steven's strategic vision for ShareVault is to help empower people and organizations worldwide to confidently share and protect sensitive information while adapting to evolving data protection challenges, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Prior to becoming CEO, Steven Monterroso served as ShareVault's Chief Revenue Officer, where he doubled revenue and expanded the company into new markets. He also co-founded Celmora, advising sales and marketing leaders on growth strategies. As Head of Sales and Customer Success at Plethora, he scaled customer-facing operations and drove significant revenue growth. Steven has also held key leadership roles at 8x8, Inc., BlueJeans Network (acquired by Verizon), and Biba Systems (acquired by Amazon), where he consistently delivered operational success and led strategic initiatives that increased market share.


John Badger — Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer

Co-Founder and VP Product

John leads ShareVault product management, software engineering, software operations, quality assurance and technical support teams. John has over 30 years of experience in product management and technology marketing, most recently as Director of Marketing at GE Homeland Security. John has been a founding member of two technology startup companies, including Isys Controls, acquired by Cognex with a 25x return to investors. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a BS Engineering from UC Berkeley.


Phil Bandy — Chief Information Security Officer

Phil Bandy, Chief Information Security Officer

Phil leads information security at ShareVault, including establishing security standards and controls, guiding the implementation of security technologies, and managing the establishment and implementation of security policies and procedures. Phil is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) with 23 years of experience in information security with companies such as NASA, SRI, Intira, Netigy and ESAAG. He has a BA from UT Austin and an MA from Texas Tech University.

Richard Andersen — Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board

Richard Andersen, Founder and CEO, ShareVault

Richard Andersen is a seasoned Silicon Valley software entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and advisory roles at leading companies such as Apple, eBay, and Ernst & Young. He is the founder, has led the company as CEO for over 20 years, and now serves as Executive Chairman of the Board at ShareVault. Under Richard's leadership, ShareVault became the go-to Virtual Data Room platform for the Life Sciences industry and gained widespread adoption within the Investment Banking sector.

Richard holds a BA from Whitworth University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.


Mansour Salame

Mansour is a successful technology executive and entrepreneur. His first startup NextAge Technologies was acquired by Alcatel (NYSE: ALU). His second startup Contactual, was acquired by 8x8 (Nasdaq: EGHT). He has recently Started his 3rd Startup, FrontSpin. He also served on the Board of Directors of 8x8. Prior to NextAge he was an executive at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. and a management consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Mr. Salame has a Masters of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University.

Karen Leavitt

Karen is an experienced marketing executive with over 35 years of experience in technology marketing leadership. She has exensive experience in lead generation, product marketing, web-based marketing, strategic partnerships and strategy at companies ranging from high-growth startups to fortune 1000 public companies. Karen currently is Chief Marketing Officer at Locus Robotics, and has previously held marketing leadership positions at Fleetmatics, Landslide Technologies, Contactual, Mzinga, WebEx, Intranets.com, NewsEdge Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Phoenix Technologies and Lotus Development. She has a bachelors degree from Brandeis University.

Jnan Dash

Jnan is a 25 year veteran of IBM and Oracle and is widely-regarded as a visionary leader in enterprise information technology. Jnan's extensive experience in massively scalable systems and real-time event driven architecture is instrumental to the company's solution strategy. At Oracle, he was responsible for the core database and application server product strategies as well as working closely with top customers worldwide to define the product roadmap. During his 16 years at IBM, prior to joining Oracle, Jnan was a founding member of the company's flagship DB2 database team. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Jeff Halden

Jeff is a long time board member and advisor to the company. He has been an advisor to many businesses as an independent consulting executive, Vice President of Capgemini and as Partner of Ernst & Young. Jeff is a CPA and holds MBA and MHA post graduate degrees.
