Richard Andersen — Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Andersen is an experienced Silicon Valley software entrepreneur who has spent the past 20 years bringing innovative business software, ecommerce, and financial services solutions to market. His areas of expertise include product management, sales & marketing, business development, team building, global expansion, information technology, and operational efficiency.
Richard began his career at Apple where he developed a lifelong passion for innovation excellence. Early recognition for intrapraneurship at Apple encouraged him to pursue technology management roles at companies including Portfolio Software, Ernst & Young Consulting (clients included Netscape, Novellus, Nextel and Infoseek), MarketFirst Software, and eBay. He founded and leads ShareVault where an energized team of professionals are steadfastly blending elements from the enterprise collaboration, productivity, and security spaces into an entirely new enterprise platform for connecting and sharing. He has earned a BA from Whitworth University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Muralidhara Keshavamurthy — Co-Founder, VP Engineering
Murali leads the ShareVault engineering team in Bangalore, including architecture, software development and software quality assurance. He recently served as the Technology Director for Ultrexx; a U.S. based public software company. Murali conducted extensive research in expert systems at the Indian Institute of Science and leads our software engineering organization in Bangalore, India.
John Badger — Co-Founder, VP Marketing & Product
John leads ShareVault marketing, product management and the software development, quality assurance and technical support teams. John has 25 years of experience in technology marketing and product management, most recently as Director of Marketing at GE Homeland Security. John has been a founding member of two technology startup companies, including Isys Controls, acquired by Cognex with a 25x return to investors. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a BS Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Mike Liccardo — VP Corporate Development & CFO
Mike leads financial planning and reporting, as well as corporate development. He is a senior executive with a background in storage/servers, semiconductors, networking and multimedia. Previously, Mike was CEO of Amnis Systems, VP and GM of Cirrus Logic and CEO of Lexar Media. He has an MBA from Stanford University and B.S.E.E. & M.S.E.E. degrees from UC Berkeley.
Steve Monterroso — Head of Sales
Steven is the Head of Sales at ShareVault, where he guides the vision and execution of our worldwide sales strategy. He is a proven sales leader with a 15-year career track record that is known throughout the industry for delivering results. Steven is experienced in driving and expanding new business and revenue within cutting-edge SaaS companies. Prior to joining ShareVault, he was Co-Founder at Celmora, where he advised sales and marketing leaders. Before that he was Head of Sales and Customer Success at Plethora, he was responsible for scaling customer-facing operations. Steven has also served in multiple leadership roles at various other companies over the years, including 8x8, Inc, BlueJeans Network, and Biba Systems (acquired by Amazon).
James Hogan — Vice President of Customer Success
Jim is responsible for scaling customer-facing operations, including sales and customer success. He has over 25 years of experience developing and leading sales and marketing teams, including CXO roles with SView (acquired by Cappello Global, LLC), Tellme Networks (acquired by Microsoft), Confluent Software (acquired by Oracle), PlaceWare (acquired by Microsoft), Zitel Corporation (acquired by Gores Group), and IBM Corporation. Throughout his career Jim has advised not-for-profits, startups, accelerators and venture funds on product and customer development to scale. Jim earned his BBA from the University of Michigan.
Phil Bandy — Chief Information Security Officer
Phil leads information security at ShareVault, including establishing security standards and controls, guiding the implementation of security technologies, and managing the establishment and implementation of security policies and procedures. Phil is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) with 23 years of experience in information security with companies such as NASA, SRI, Intira, Netigy and ESAAG. He has a BA from UT Austin and an MA from Texas Tech University.
Steve Joseph — VP Market Development
Steve oversees ShareVault market development activities in the Life Sciences sector. Over the course of his career, Steve has worked in a variety of roles, most recently in business development and helping young companies prepare for investment. Steve’s experience includes hardware, software and SaaS, and consumer as well as business products and services. He has industry experience in security, cleantech, medical devices, legal services, travel, healthcare, entertainment and education. He has an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

John Herr - Chairman of the Board
John is a seasoned executive in the internet and technology marketplace. Over the last 6 years, he held a series of general management roles within eBay, including executive roles at PayPal, eBay US, and eBay International. During his time at eBay, revenue grew from $400 million to over $7 billion. Prior to that, John was SVP / GM at Buy.com, and the company grew from start-up to over $500 million in revenue. He worked for a number of years at Ziff Davis Publishing in senior executive roles in sales, marketing, general management, and international. John also worked in consumer marketing as a brand manager at Johnson & Johnson, and as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. He enjoys working as a senior advisor to promising early-stage, technology companies. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University, and earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mansour is a successful technology executive and entrepreneur. His first startup NextAge Technologies was acquired by Alcatel (NYSE: ALU). His second startup Contactual, was acquired by 8x8 (Nasdaq: EGHT). He has recently Started his 3rd Startup, FrontSpin. He also served on the Board of Directors of 8x8. Prior to NextAge he was an executive at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. and a management consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Mr. Salame has a Masters of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University.
Jnan is a 25 year veteran of IBM and Oracle and is widely-regarded as a visionary leader in enterprise information technology. Jnan's extensive experience in massively scalable systems and real-time event driven architecture is instrumental to the company's solution strategy. At Oracle, he was responsible for the core database and application server product strategies as well as working closely with top customers worldwide to define the product roadmap. During his 16 years at IBM, prior to joining Oracle, Jnan was a founding member of the company's flagship DB2 database team. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Jeff is a long time board member and advisor to the company. He has been an advisor to many businesses as an independent consulting executive, Vice President of Capgemini and as Partner of Ernst & Young. Jeff is a CPA and holds MBA and MHA post graduate degrees.
